Order info has disappeared from Ebay ????
We ordered an ipad in June 2022. We have documented that its defective and have been trying to return it since July. However, the seller says they have no record of the sale?? Now the sale has been scrubbed from our ebay account. We have printouts with the order#, Seller ID, dates, tracking number and so on, but we're still getting the run around. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm truly perplexed.

Mentor3 years agoAre you sure you were signed in and did not just purchase as a guest? Regardless, it is too late to open a return through ebay, but you still can do so through the payment processor, if still under 180 days.

OP3 years agoI have ordered from eBay many times over the years. My history is gone. I had no reason or ability to delete
my whole order history. Why would I? What more can I do to show you that someone did something unethical. I sent a package to eBay at the San Jose address. Please help me resolve this situation.

Mentor3 years agoIf it is over 6 months there is nothing anyone can do to help you, as you waited too long to resolve the issue.
Do you even have the tracking number for the return?
Did you use an ebay return label?
