Order i placed and not what it was advised to be
Bought a stall converter torque converter and its not showing up on my purchase list. It was supposed to be a 2200 to 2500 stall but that I have confirmed to be a lie. I bought it from a ebay seller and it's not showing up. Not to mention the problems it has cost me.

Did you make the purchase as a guest? If so then it won't be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you start the return request from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
