order i have not received
placed an order have been charged for but it has not been deliveredt but can no longer find it on my order history but i have a printed copy of the details and i am unable to access any help from e bay

You cannot find the Order in your history, because you are currently logged in to eBay's U.S. based site ( ebay.com). You need to login to ebay's U.K. based site ( www.ebay.co.uk ) to see your Order/Purchase history. That info is not available when logged into this or other country's ebay sites.
You may want to read the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG). A link to the U.K. sites MBG policy is below
