Order I didn't place
Just received an order confirmation that I didn't place. Wasn't on the website today and I didn't buy anything, but I got a confirmation anyways.

Is it possible the order is a phishing attempt?
Does the order show on your eBay account if you go straight to the website? (don't click links)

OP7 months agoChecked and it was there. Says I bought this at 7:02 AM. I had just arrived at work and didn't even have my computer on yet. It is a site in China I'm guessing.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Fraud" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
