Order has not been shipped / Fraudulent Seller

Hi Ebay world,

Im looking to find out how to get my money back from an order that was placed weeks ago that hasn't shipped yet. The seller had a bid, I purchased and now the order is stuck with no ebay support to contact and assist with getting my order closed and money refunded. The seller is a fraud and it seems that once the money goes out, there's very little help on getting it back and the issue fixed.

Any advise and guidance?

What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already??

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
