Order got cancelled and I still have to pay seller fee?
Summary: qui-590154 sold a Pokémon card to a buyer in the US Army stationed in Germany, which resulted in a $50 shipping fee. The buyer claimed it was a gift for someone in the US, but never provided the necessary shipping information. This led to the order expiring and qui-590154 incurring a $20 fee despite the order's cancellation, leaving them frustrated and seeking assistance to resolve the fee issue.
I sold a pokemon card, the buyer was in the US Army stationed in Germany. This caused the shipping fee to be $50. (From The Netherland -> US -> Germany). So I contacted the seller. He told me it was a present for his girlfriend who was living in the US. He promised to send me that shipping info. Except he never did. So the order expired and now i have to pay fees. In the image you can see they deducted $20 dollars for fees when i sold it. But when the order expired they did get the whole $110 so now i am in the red. Someone help me get my balance to zero I am NOT paying $20 for nothing.
