I see you are located in the UK, this happens to be the eBay US Community, here is a convenient link to go to the eBay UK Community. community.ebay.co.uk
Here in the US Buyers can only 'REQUEST" a cancellation, Sellers make the final decision to either accept, decline or ignore a cancellation request.
