Order Details On Shipping Label Page
Has anyone lost the order details on the second half of the shipping label page? When buying postage through ebay, I used to get the shipping label on half of the 8.5x11 page and order details on the other half. Now the other half is blank. It probably started happening about three months ago. I tried searching and calling, but nothing so far. Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoWhen you go to print your shipping label, scroll to the CHANGE option and click it. You can then select to include the printed instructions.

OP3 years agoThank you for your reply. That's part of the mystery...it's already selected. I unchecked it and saved and went back in to check it and save again, but nothing. Crazy. It was helpful when I printed labels for multiple orders, but one day it just disappeared!
