Order details do not match the packing slip details
I have a order that shows item 9.99 and shipping 3.75 and that's what the buyer paid. When I print the packing slip its showing item 9.99 and 14.68 shipping. I'm not sure what has happened. Does this mean the buyer was charged the 14.68?

From the screenshot it looks like your item sold through the eBay International Shipping Program. If so then the buyer did pay the higher shipping amount. When you sell through international shipping the buyer pays for your domestic shipping to the hub and also pays for the international shipping from the hub to them (eBay calculates that for the buyer). You receive the domestic shipping portion and eBay uses the international portion to ship to the buyer.
