order delivered
I have 2 orders that have been delivered to buyer but tracking shows they are still out for delivery. How can I let ebay know they have in fact been delivered? Both customers confirmed and left feedback.

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.

OP4 months agoThey both were sent USPS first class letter, so no tracking is available when I go to USPS

Mentor4 months agoUnfortunately since First Class Mail does not have tracking you cannot prove to eBay that the items were delivered. You will need to wait the 30 day hold before eBay releases the payout. Without tracking you received a defect on your account since eBay could not determine if you shipped within your stated handling time and if the buyers decide to open an "Item not received" case you will lose and be forced to refund. eBay does not look at feedback to prove delivery because of seller actions years ago forcing buyers to leave feedback prior to delivery.
