order damaged
Received the item I ordered no paperwork whatso ever and whole side of item caved in by probably hit by forklift ,Item seems to still work will keep it but want a 50.00 refund .Like I said no paperwork whatsoever maybe they nknew it was damaged when it was shipped.

You are entitled to a full refund upon return of the item at the seller’s expense.
You are NOT allowed to demand a partial refund … but can accept a partial refund if the seller offers one.
You need to decide whether you want to keep the item in its current condition if the seller refuses to offer a partial refund … OR to file a return request for a full refund. [You have 30 days from date of delivery to file the request.]

OP2 years agoWhat I mean by no paper work is there was no shipping order what so ever nothing zip nada the only thing was the operator manual, the order seems to work but I believe it was damaged when it was shipped not during shipping because the box that it was shipped in had no evidence of damage but when I opened it the original box looked like a fork lift had ran into it thus bashing in the whole side of the item.
