order Cancelling
I made this order :24-11827-90010
It's not shipped yet.
The seller is not responding.
The delivery date appointed is not good for me.
I want to cancel it and buy the same items from another ebay seller

OP2 years agoIt's not fair to the buyer also if the seller says that he has 10 units in stock and once you place the order for 3 units , the seller says that he will ship the order after 2 months.

Mentor2 years ago@nadah4154. I agree that a seller shouldn't sell items that are out of stock.
The seller must ship by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing or they have to refund you if the package is late arriving or missing parts or pieces.

A buyer can only request to cancel no matter how soon they ask. The seller has to approve it.
Here's the eBay policy>
"If you want to cancel an order, you'll need to contact the seller and ask if they can cancel it for you. The seller can either accept or decline your cancellation request."

Cancelation after you commit to buy should be a very rare situation. It is not at all fair to the seller. Sellers can not reverse your payment. The seller has to refund you out of their pocket and then wait for your original payment to clear before it's released to them. This is how all refunds work.
Please look over listings carefully before deciding to purchase. The estimated delivery date was stated on the listing when you committed to purchase this item.
