Order cancelled. Pls help with shipping label question.
I had to cancel an order because the item was damaged. However, I had already purchased the USPS shipping label via Ebay. When I found the damaged book, I cancelled the transaction and refunded the customer but am not finding any way to request a refund for the shipping label. Additionally, minutes after purchasing the shipping label, Ebay marked it as shipped? Not sure how to handle this and I am not able to get in touch with Ebay support. Any pointers?

Mentor11 months agoOnce you void/cancel the label, the USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks as they want to confirm the label was never used.
