Order cancelled - out of stock
So I made an offer for an item. The offer was accepted. A couple days later I get a notice in my messages that the order was canceled because it was out of stock. Now I understand that people make mistakes and I was okay with that. So I went looking for another item of the same kind and lo and behold there is the exact same item from the exact same seller with the exact same pictures and when I tried to bid on it it said that the seller is not accepting offers from me. I believe that they decided they did not like my offer after they accepted it. What can I do to make them honor that transaction?

Mentor5 months agoThere is nothing you or Ebay could do to force the seller to sell the item to you.
As already explained, the seller received a defect for cancelling the transaction.

·5 months agoThere’s nothing you can do about that transaction. But, if it makes you feel any better, the seller got a defect against their seller account for cancelling as out of stock.
