order cancelled due to import/export restrictions or other regulations
What happens to an item when the order is cancelled due to import/export restrictions? The buyer has received a refund and from my perspective (seller), the sale stays in place but ebay did not specify what happens to the item sold (a bicycle frame).

eBay International Shipping keeps the bike and liquidates it with other similar items.
You can't get the bike back.

OP4 months agoThanks. That's what I suspected would happen. I picture a huge warehouse full of undelivered stuff somewhat akin to the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
