Order cancellation by seller
An item I was selling was originally listed as gold-plated. It immediately sold and then I quickly realized that it was solid gold, so I cancelled the order. I didn't see a cancellation reason code for 'listing error', so I used 'out of stock/defective'. The buyer is understandably upset. The only 2 other cancellation reasons I could select from were that 'Buyer didn't pay' or 'problem with buyer's address'.
How else could I have cancelled this transaction?
