Order cancellation
been trying to cancel the order within the timeframe for the last few days you’re eBay Southern says you still have not heard back. I need confirmation that the order is canceled and I will be refunded. Thank you. Please get back to me ASAP

Mentor4 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. Only the seller can file a cancellation, and sellers are not obligated to do so. If you do not pay within 4 days, the seller can file a cancellation for Buyer Did Not Pay. That will record an unpaid transaction on your account. Two of those, and most buyers BLOCK bids and purchases from buyers with 2 or more unpaid transactions. That block will last for 12 months until there is only 1 unpaid transaction remaining.
