Order cancellation
I ordered something and it has been fully paid and the seller has not shipped the item yet at all and it’s been more than a week so I decided I didn’t want the item anymore so I requested to cancel my order but I don’t believe that the seller is still active on eBay anymore and if the seller does not respond to my cancellation, then I’m wondering if eBay will cancel my order so I can get my money back and if eBay doesn’t cancel it, how do I get my money back?

Check the Order Details in your Purchase History for the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) of the item.
You will be able to file an ‘Item not received’ claim as soon as the EDD has passed. [You will do that from your Purchase History.]
