Order Cancellation
The seller ignored my cancellation request, and shipped the item to me the following day.
ebay customer service told me to contact seller and stop shipment, and issue a refund. Seller also ignored this request.
Do I wait until the items arrives and request to return it?

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not obligated to cancel a sale, however most will. What is the seller's return policy? If it is a 30 day return policy, you can file a Returns Request for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item.
