A buyer purchased 3 items and paid. I need to cancel one of these items. How do I do this without canceling the entire order?

A buyer purchased 3 items and paid. I need to cancel one of these items. How do I do this without canceling the entire order?

Mentor6 months agoIf all 3 items were in one lot, you would have to cancel the entire order and relist the remaining 2 items in a separate listing. If the three items were in 3 separate listings, you can cancel just the one order, and ship the 2 remaining orders together.
