Order being canceled

Question

I have tried to order an item multiple times and the order keeps being canceled. The stated reason is buyer canceled the order which I did not do. I paid immediately for the item. This is from a large reputable company.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Some sellers may choose to cancel citing "at buyer's request" or "problem with buyer's address" as the reason in order to avoid an "out of stock" cancellation which would count against the seller's account.
