Order arrived to buyer but FedEx tracking doesn’t update
My fund has been on hold because even though buyer sent me a message to letting me know that she has received the package, FedEx tracking showed they made delivery attempt but buyer was away ( package needed signature) Somehow she did receive the package. How to reach out to EBay customer service about this; it keep s leading me to automated assistant.
