Order alleged delivery but no to my address
I made my order to a Seller and the item weighed 14.5 kilograms (about 39 pounds). The courier picked up my order, from the Seller but it only weighed 1 pound / 0.45 kgs. My order did not require a signature; however, the courier allegedly delivered to my address to a non-existent resident (their name was not identifiable to us) that signed for the 1 pound / 0.45 kgs order. My home security cameras did not record any deliveries from any couriers during the entire day of the alleged delivery, and the time noted.
Upon Ebay's investigation, the Seller's proof of delivery to my address was all they needed to refuse a refund. Now I'm stuck with paying for an order that I did not receive.
Apparently, Ebay does not believe in investigating the details of my order that was botched by the Seller and the courier. After utilizing Ebay's service for over 15 years, I'm highly disappointed in their decision not to refund and flag this, Seller. This Seller is corrupt and will bring more problems for Ebay's potential customers.

Mentor1 year ago@chucy4us Can you please explain what you mean by Courier? Did you have a third party pick up your item or forward it to you? If yes then the seller is not responsible and it voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
The seller is only responsible for the item arriving safely to the address you provided at checkout.
You may have protections with your funding source ( Paypal, bank, credit card)
Items collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer

The buyer arranged their own shipping method, such as a courier pickup
