hi on 5-18-2023 i placed order #09-10073-42358 but never got mail or receive i contact seller stoneroyale may time but will not respond at all ebay will not refund my money when buying from 3rd party sellers thank u

Those digital items are listed in a category that isn't covered by the MBG.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them.

Mentor3 years agoWhen it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
