I ordered 4 battery operated light bulbs so the seller writes me and says ionly have two wiping towels that you ordered do I want them cuz he only has 2 and I wrote him back and said wiping towels????? I did not order wiping towels I ordered light bulbs... haven't heard from seller and I guess wiping towels are being shipped please what do I do no response from seller

·3 years agoIf they ship towels and not the lights, go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
