Question

I ordered a sweatshirt on April 11, seller is not responding to emails, no tracking number is issued and I can’t find how to get help with a refund. The item was over 200 dollars

If you go to the Order Details for this transaction, you should see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing it's in transit or a full refund. If they do not, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask ebay to step in and force the refund. Don't let the Seller convince you to close your request.

But you need to open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
