I placed an order as a guest, I had tracking info the said it was expected for delivery on Friday 10/10, then updated saying delivery on 10/8. Package still hasn’t arrived yet, and when I try pulling up the order details from the email it can’t find item or seller and the automated chat assistant breaks down once I say it’s a guest account.
No other way to contact eBay.
