If you mean when will you get your "Order" check the estimated delivery date:
If you don't get a package from the seller by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid (check your order confirmation email for that date--the estimated date in your Purchase History is subject to change) has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund.
-Sellers do not have to answer questions although it is good customer service to do so.
-If you are asking for something AFTER you purchased that was not covered by the listing than that is inappropriate and the Seller is under no obligation to comply.
-If you are asking questions about an item before you purchase or place a bid the Seller is under no obligation to answer although to do so would be good customer service.
-So what exactly are you asking the Seller and when?
What type of request are you making? Many sellers are part time, so they do not log into ebay on a daily basis, so you have to allow 2-3 days for a reply.
