I placed an order and whenever I hit confirm ebay told me it was sending a code to my phone to approve the purchase. I canceled out so that I could update my phone number as the one in their system was outdated. Well the order went through on my debit card and charged me yet I have none of the items in my purchase history and no confirmation details. The system pushed the charge through and never alerted the sellers since I had already pushed confirm but didnt enter the security code. How do I go about getting my money back?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
