I would like to make a claim on behalf of the buyer who received this order damaged. Tracking number is 9434608106244153522249What are the next steps so I can update the buyer.thanksAnnie

@axistheoryhome the buyer opens a return item case with the reason 'arrived damaged'

the seller supplies a prepaid return shipping label for the return (IF the seller wants the item back) and refunds once the item is rec'd back to the seller

if the seller does not want the item back, they just issue the refund

if the seller had the item insured, they can make an insurance claim, but they need to find out if the shipping company wants the item brought to their facility for inspection to see if the fault was how the item was packaged or if it was the fault of the shipping companies handling
