ORDER # 21-08835-28578
My order has not arrive. Tracking # 9405511899562415296740 shows shipped but not deliver since 7/7/2022. We been trying to get a credit or replacement from seller but they will refuse to look into the matter. who can help with getting this resolved ?

Mentor3 years agoGo to your purchase history. If the estimated date of delivery has passed, click on I didn't receive my item. The seller will have 3 days to prove delivery via a tracking number or refund. If not, on the 4th day, you ask eBay to step in and they will take the money from the seller and refund you. You have 30 days to do this, so act quickly.
