Hi. I placed an order yesterday and got confirmation that it was paid but still haven't gotten shipping confirmation. I looked it up and the item was posted to sell a year ago and I'm not getting response from seller. Is it possible they just didn't remove the ad and ebay took my $330? I really need the products.

Mentor2 years agoIt can happen that a seller posts an item and forgets about it. If this is what happened, he probably no longer has the item to sell.
Still, not all sellers ship the next day - a seller can have a handling time up to 30 days. He needs to ship to meet the estimated delivery date shown on your purchase confirmation.
There is nothing you can do until that delivery date passes. At that time you can open a not received claim.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
