Order 18-14056-03706 for 2 "The Natural Healing Handbook"

Question

I processed this order for 2 manuals, but received only one copy today, Thursday, January 22. I received one copy but was billed for 2.

I don't know how to proceed. The AI assistant isn't helping, and there is no way to find a real agent I can talk to explain the issue.

Any suggestion(s) will be greatly appreciated.

Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described (you ordered two, but received one), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

The seller will not likely want to pay for a return and should either refund for half the order or ship the second book. If the seller ships the second book, but sure to keep your eye on the date for the return case to expire. If you don't receive the item before then, go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
