Good day. Please tell me, when I sent a return, I made the wrong option and accidentally closed it. How can I reopen the return procedure?

I received the item with damage. And when returning it, I indicated the wrong reason for return. Please allow me to return my money for the item, thank you.

It is not possible to reopen a return request after it has been closed.

I didn't know how it worked and thought that if I specified the wrong reason for the return, then by closing this one I could make a new one, just like on Amazon.
