Order 04-14051-35974 – Item not as described
Hello,
I am writing regarding my order 04-14051-35974.
The item was listed as being in “Very Good Conditionâ€, however the phone I received has more than 10 visible cracks and heavy cosmetic damage. I uploaded multiple photos to the return case, which clearly show that the actual condition is closer to fair/poor. This type of damage is consistent with long-term wear and not with shipping damage.
I opened a return under “Item not as described.†eBay approved the return, but I am currently outside the United States, and the item was delivered to a freight forwarding address. Because of this, returning the item is not realistically possible for me.
I am a long-time eBay customer (over 5 years, hundreds of successful purchases), and this is my first case ever. I always try to resolve issues fairly and respectfully.
Given the clear mismatch between the listing and the actual condition of the item, I am kindly asking eBay to reconsider this case and help resolve it with a fair partial refund of $250 instead of requiring a return.

eBay will not force the seller to offer you a partial refund. You actually have no purchase protection when you use a freight forwarding company,
Try contacting the freight company and see if they have a process to help you with the return. They must receive many such requests.
