Mentor2 years agoThe seller is free to accept, reject, counter or ignore any offer until it expires or until the item sells or relists. If the listing is an auction, any outstanding offers automatically expire once the item has received a valid bid (any bid in a no-reserve auction or a bid that meets the reserve if there is a reserve).
The "best" in "best offer" refers to the offer being the best the buyer can make, not that the seller is required to accept the "best" offer among all the offers received. The seller is never required to accept any offer.
