Opinion about buyer requesting a refund on an order of seven thermostats please see
I listed it in eBay item of seven Honeywell T6 pro thermostat with photos and description. They are all Honeywell T6 thermostat although summer made in different years so the model number varies between a few of the thermostats some ending in 2000 some ending 200 one and some ending 2003. The purchaser Assumed they were all the same model number as one of the photos in the description, and when he receive the items he is requesting a refund for the thermostat. I would be more than happy to give a refund if they are faulty, not working properly or not as I described, or what was in the photos, although the photos show the exact thermostats, the customer received which were the same photos he was looking at while deciding to purchase. All the thermostats have the same features functions, etc. They are all Honeywell T6 pro thermostat. I did offer the buyer $25 for the headache and mistake they refused. They are requesting a refund . I did declined the refund although I thought it be best to ask the community on the opinion. As I said, if I made a mistake or the wrong answer sent or not working properly, I’ll be more than happy and have a obligation to refund. But the purchaser assumed something that was not true, even though I had photos of the thermostats . I don’t feel I should refund money on an item I sold because someone assumes something. Not trying to be a butt head or get over on anybody, but I listed the item the purchaser bought the item I sent the item that was described in the photos and now they aren’t happy. Please let me know the community thoughts thank you for reading.

·2 years agoIf the buyer filed an INAD and you refuse to accept the return, Ebay can refund the buyer from your account and let them keep the items.
