Opening a Store from Already In Place Listings
The automated system doesn't seem to understand and just...freezes!
If I'm logged into my existing eBay account (with individual listings) and want to open a new store while logged in, can I simply click on "Store," choose my plan and ASSUME it will auto-populate with my existing listings? The reason I'm questioning this is because when I start the process from my existing account it wants me to create a new store name and doesn't offer the opportunity to default to my existing name...
The automated system doesn't seem to want to connect me to a human being...

Mentor1 year agoOnly one store subscription per eBay account. You have a store for this account here:

If you want to create a new store, you will need to register another eBay account and use a different store name.
