Opening a apeal

Question

I bought a tori doll , when I open it her head fell off. I open a return and talked to seller. They said they do not except returns .I would have to pay for my return . When the doll comes back to them .. maybe I'll get a refund. They would have to ask ebay for a refund .I would have to pay to return the doll.

I am sorry that happened!

If you opened the return for 'damaged or defective item' or a similar reason, the seller *must* send you a prepaid label in the return case.

If you did not open the return, open it now. You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

No need to converse with the seller at this point. Just follow the steps in the return.

If the seller doesn't send the prepaid label, ask eBay to step in.
