Open clo
Re open a closed case due to defective engine manufacturer and was requested to close the case by seller and I didn’t know better . I have all documents and videos of test performed for proof it has a defect. Need additional advice before I get people involved or a lawsuit started.

This Seller has misled you.
Because the case is closed, your protection under the eBay Money Back Guarantee is void.
Your option now is to try to file a chargeback with your payment method. They also have deadlines.
