Open Case Question

Hello I currently have a case open due to the item never arriving. The seller offered a full refund, but is requesting that I close the case for them to be able to process the refund. Is this standard procedure?

Absolutely NOT. Do not close the case. If you do, it cannot be reopened.

You seller can easily refund you. Seller is hoping you close the case so that he/she will not have to refund you.

When the option is available to you, ask eBay to step in. This will force your refund.
