"OPEN BOX" Condition
I am on ebay looking for a phone that is either "Excellent Refurbished" or "Open Box". 4 out of 5 listings showed "Open Box" condition but they were out of stock. Why are they allowed to continue to list something they do not have. Another problem was the phone had a price listed. Not a general price like $100 -0 $150 but just a price specifically $194.10. But then you are prompted to fill in several drop down menu which most only have one option until the last one. The last option is either the one about condition and you find out they only have "Moderate" or it is about network and any option except XFinity Mobile Network Unlocked for that price. Any other option adds about $50 to the price. It is obvious the sellers do not have the advertized version and it seems deceptive and a bit slimey
