Only shipped one of the two items
What do you do when you only get one of the two things you ordered from same seller same sale. I turned it in to eBay but closed case. I guess because they provided tracking. I’ve had a eBay account for 23 years this has never happened. I don’t know what to do next.

·3 years agoYes, if tracking shows delivered and you opened an item not received case, eBay would rule in favor of the seller. If you paid using PayPal, open an item not as described case there.
