Only received a partial refund 1/4 items
I purchased 4 items and never received them. I requested a refund and the seller has only refunded 1 item. Now it looks like eBay is not letting me appeal this and I cant seem to figure out how to move forward with getting back the rest of my money. Does anyone know how I can move forward? Thanks!!!

-First check the tracking history on all four items in your Purchase history to see if they each have any tracking information. Purchases | My eBay | eBay
-If you are unable to file an official eBay claim that you did not receive the item(s) via the items in your Purchase history then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
-If you purchased them separately you may have to file a claim that you did not receive your item for EACH purchase with the exception of possibly the one the Seller refunded you on.

OP8 months agoUnfortunately there's only one tracking number for all four items because they were the same items sent together. I initiated a claim already and they only refunded me for one item of the four. Now they're saying that my claim is closed and they won't do anything else.

Use this link to report an issue with the Seller and then file a dispute with your funding source. Report an issue with a seller | eBay
We have no clue what possesses Sellers like that to do that kind of thing because eventually they could get kicked off eBay.

OP8 months agoI was able to get on the chat function and request yo speak with an agent. They are saying that the "dedicated team" will email me within 24-48 hours. I will also try to report the issue.

OP8 months agoThese are large items that were all in one listing (they are bookshelves). I don't know if the seller never sent them or if they are just not arriving, but I purchased these back in December and they were supposed to arrive by January 1st. There's only one tracking number and it says that they've already arrived, but eBay says that they're in transit so there's some kind of issue with the tracking. Regardless, my comment to the seller into eBay was that none of them had arrived and the refund was for one item. There's some kind of issue here. We'll see what happens now
