I FILED A REQUEST FOR FULL RETURN THE OTHER DAY , AND ONLY RECEIVED $48.96 OF THE $69.96 I PAID FOR THE ITEM. YOUR AGENT SAID I WAS ENTITLED TO FULL REFUND , AND TO GET BACK TO YOU IF I DID NOT GET IT. PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME ASAP?
