Only got a partial refund
I bought two items from a seller for a total of 93$. The items were being shipped from outside the country so I expected it to take a while, but now it’s been two months and I haven’t gotten a response from the seller. Today I went through eBay to just get a refund but I only got a partial refund for only one item? I emailed eBay, no response. Also talked to an ai assistant but it said case closed. What should I do ?
