Only allowed 2 purchase

Question

So I have a buyer and he already bought something. When he tries to purchase another item it says seller only allows 2 purchases in 10 days. But he's only bought one thing from me erlier

Being lead bidder on an active auction of yours also counts as a "purchase' for purposes of that Buyer Requirement. Possibly also pending Best Offers or outbid bids. Note that once a buyer runs into the limit it will not let him/her rebid on the same auction.
