After extended conversations with "eBay customer support" I found that they were fraudulent. The phone numbers posted online are mostly fake and lead to scams and hacking. I don't know how to sent eBay a message about this other than this right now. I cannot be sure of any of the phone numbers listed online. I cannot be sure I have not been hacked just for calling the numbers.
