Online Label Record
In the past, I have printed my label and on the other half of the page was an Online Label Record that I would keep for my records. It is not printing the Online Label Record any longer. It prints it on my husband's labels but not mine. HELP!

-Labels printed through the Bulk label flow do NOT have the receipt portion on the same page as the label, it is a secondary print function to get it. The Bulk labels also do NOT have the eBay banner on the top of the label.
-If you are experiencing this in the single label flow (meaning just printing one label for one sold item) you may need to double check the settings on that page. Sometimes, settings change, can't explain it any simpler than that.
-Try a different browser ... clear cookies, cache, browsing history, shut down and restart, try again
