One year warrantee
I purchased an item based on the product description, as well as the item being covered by a one-year warranty. the eBay app does not allow me to contact the seller regarding this purchase. I attempt to send a message to the seller and then the Messages is rejected and I’m told I cannot send them a message concerning this item.
I then attempted to try and speak with a person at eBay to help resolve this matter for me and I could not get a phone number or a return phone call request because the artificial intelligence chat, but continued to run me around in circles pointing me to help topicsthat did not apply to my situation. I have spent over an hour trying to do this and my time is valuable just like theirs and everyone else’s. it greatly disappoints me and concerns me that I was misled by a product’s description and am left with no recourse concerning the warranty that was offered on my purchased item. does anyone have a number for Customer service at eBay or is it always going to be a chat but that is useless and just monopoly your time and prevents you intentionally from speaking to a person?
